Trying to please everyone is never a good idea. Mixing plates from all around the world (and succeeding) takes guts. When it comes to the latest addition to the OKO slash NOA family clan - restaurant Tuljak*, the game is on. Originally known as a legendary cafe back in the 60's, Tuljak rose from the ashes in summer of 2015, after what it seemed like a life long hiatus. With its international menu, quirky retro interior and killer sea views, the place immediately attracted a new wave of clients, as well as those, who managed to fell under the spell of the original place. Baltic sprat next to oysters, smoked ham to mozzarella, Vietnamese Bún bò Huế next to French ratatouille, Italian tiramisu versus Estonian quark. You might want to pay them a few visits and try most of their menu before you can even form an opinion. If there's a term for experimental kitchen, then there must be a term for experimental dining - explained by continuously coming back to the same restaurant and ordering from the same menu and yet every time not knowing what to expect. Exciting.
